Altar Flower Dedication

If you would like to dedicate the flowers on the altar on a Sunday morning in honor of, in memory of, or in thanksgiving for someone special in your life or the life of our parish, please take the following TWO steps: 

1)  Complete the form below; and

2)  Submit the $40.00 recommended donation either online, through the offering plate at Mass, or in the Parish Office.

After completing the information above and submitting it, you can make your donation for the Altar Flowers below,

or deliver it to the Parish Office with our thanks.
