Saint James' occasionally allows parishioners and affiliated organizations to use space at the Church for certain types of approved events, on a space-available basis.  All events require prior approval of the Rector, in the Rector's discretion.  Certain type of events have other requirements, such as insurance. 

All requests should be submitted using the contact form below, or by email to the Parish Office, copying both the Parish Administrator and the Rector.   Verbal requests cannot be accommodated.

Approval for use of the facilities is not guaranteed, may be rescinded at any time based upon additional information received, extenuating circumstances, or parish needs, and is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation response from the Parish office.   

Some uses may require a donation to the Parish to offset expenses.
