Easter Flower Dedication

If you would like to make a gift to defray the cost of Easter Flowers at the Church, please take the following TWO steps: 

1)  Complete the form below; and

2)  Submit the $40.00 recommended donation either online, through the offering plate at Mass, or in the Parish Office.

After completing the information above and submitting it, you can make your donation for the Altar Flowers below,

or deliver it to the Parish Office with our thanks.
